The Yläkaupungin Yö weekend is closed by a free-of-charge Jyväskylä-picnic in Lounaispuisto, Jyväskylä city’s birthday present for its inhabitants.

The event  begins at 15:00 with mayor Timo Koivisto’s speech and a ”Thank you for culture-work” -recognition.

After the speeches tha stage is taken by Kalevauva.fi, a duo known for their humorous city-themed songs. The trubadur-duo, helmed by Aapo Niininen and Kimmo Numminen, have taken their lyrics straight from Internet-forums.
